12 Oakdell Omega 3 Eggs, boiled and peeled |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt |
2 tbsp Dijon mustard |
2 tbsp pickle juice |
2 tbsp relish |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
2 tsp smoked paprika, divided |
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional) |
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
2 green onion, sliced |
Creamy Deviled Egg Dip Directions
- Place eggs, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, pickle juice, relish, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, and hot sauce if desired in food processor; pulse until creamy.
- Pour egg dip into bowl, top with remaining smoked paprika, bacon, and green onions. Serve with pita chips, crackers, tortilla chips, or your favorite vegetables.
