Creamy Deviled Egg Dip

12 Oakdell Omega 3 Eggs, boiled and peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp pickle juice
2 tbsp relish
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika, divided
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onion, sliced

Creamy Deviled Egg Dip Directions

  1. Place eggs, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, pickle juice, relish, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, and hot sauce if desired in food processor; pulse until creamy.
  2. Pour egg dip into bowl, top with remaining smoked paprika, bacon, and green onions. Serve with pita chips, crackers, tortilla chips, or your favorite vegetables.
