6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
for topping: powdered sugar, assorted fruit
maple syrup to serve

Tiny German Pancakes Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Melt butter in microwave-proof bowl. Set aside.
  3. Mix together eggs, flour and milk in large mixing bowl.
  4. Use melted butter to butter the insides of a 24-count mini muffin tin. Pour in flour mixture.
  5. Place muffin tin in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove and set on cooling tray.
  7. Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar atop pancakes and allow guests to garnish their own with a variety of fruit toppings and/or maple syrup.
