| 1 Oakdell Cage Free Egg | 
| 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature | 
| 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature | 
| 1 1/2 cups sugar | 
| 1 tsp vanilla extract | 
| 1 tsp almond extract | 
| 1/2 tsp salt | 
| 2 3/4 cups flour | 
Frosting
| 6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature | 
| 2 cups powdered sugar | 
| 3-5 tbsp heavy cream | 
| 1 tsp vanilla extract | 
| pinch of salt | 
| Red or pink food coloring | 
| Sprinkles | 
Sugar Cookie Bars Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. To make the cookie; in a large bowl cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and continue to cream together for one minute. Add egg and extracts and mix until combined. Mix in salt. Then mix in flour until well combined. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
 - To make frosting; beat butter in a large bowl until fluffy. Slowly add in powdered sugar. Add cream, vanilla, salt, and food coloring. Mix until combined. Spread over the cooled bars. Add sprinkles.
