| 1 Oakdell Cage-free egg |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
| 1 Tablespoon butter |
| 2 slices white bread |
| 2 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half diagonally |
| 2 slices deli honey ham |
Skillet Breakfast Sandwich Directions
- Crack the egg into a bowl. Add salt and pepper and whisk with a fork until well mixed.
- Cut the slices of bread in half diagonally. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Arrange bread in a diamond shape in the skillet leaving a ½” space between each bread slice. Pour egg in the center and between the bread slices. Cook until the egg is no longer runny, about 2 minutes.
- Flip over and add cheese to each slice of bread and top with ham. Cook for 1 minute. Fold in half then slice in half and serve.
