1 Oakdell Cage-free egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon butter
2 slices white bread
2 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half diagonally
2 slices deli honey ham

Skillet Breakfast Sandwich Directions

  1. Crack the egg into a bowl. Add salt and pepper and whisk with a fork until well mixed.
  2. Cut the slices of bread in half diagonally. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Arrange bread in a diamond shape in the skillet leaving a ½” space between each bread slice. Pour egg in the center and between the bread slices. Cook until the egg is no longer runny, about 2 minutes.
  3. Flip over and add cheese to each slice of bread and top with ham. Cook for 1 minute. Fold in half then slice in half and serve.
