1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni, cooked al dente, water drained |
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk |
1/2 cup whole milk |
2 tsp mustard powder |
2 tsp hot sauce |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
4 tbsp butter |
Creamy Macaroni and Cheese Directions
- Whisk together evaporated milk, milk, eggs, mustard powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the pot of cooked pasta.
- Stir cheese and butter and cook for 3-5 minutes on low.
