Cobb Salad Trifle

Summer is just around the corner and this tasty Cobb Salad Trifle is the perfect addition to any cookout or BBQ.

12 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
4 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, minced
2 (15 oz) cans corn, drained
2 cups frozen (thawed) or fresh peas
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 avocados, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing

Cobb Salad Trifle Directions

  1. Spread lettuce in the bottom of a glass bowl. Layer with tomatoes, red onion, corn, Oakdell cage-free eggs, peas, bacon, avocado, and cheese. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
