| 1 Tablespoon butter |
| 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs |
| 2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce, plus more for topping |
| 2 Tablespoons blue cheese crumble |
| 1 Tablespoon green onion, sliced |
| 1 Tablespoon diced celery |
Buffalo Fried Eggs with Blue Cheese Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add panko and continuously stir into the butter while cooking until browned. Stir in tablespoons buffalo sauce and until cook until crumbs are dry.
- Spread the panko into two circles creating wells for the eggs. Crack an egg into each well. Turn the heat to low. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- To serve, top with more buffalo sauce, blue cheese, green onion, and celery.
