2 Oakdell Cage-free eggs
1 Tablespoon butter
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons buffalo sauce, plus more for topping
2 Tablespoons blue cheese crumble
1 Tablespoon green onion, sliced
1 Tablespoon diced celery

Buffalo Fried Eggs with Blue Cheese Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add panko and continuously stir into the butter while cooking until browned. Stir in tablespoons buffalo sauce and until cook until crumbs are dry.
  2. Spread the panko into two circles creating wells for the eggs. Crack an egg into each well. Turn the heat to low. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. To serve, top with more buffalo sauce, blue cheese, green onion, and celery.
