Ingredients

Ingredients

1 package hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
6-8 slices Canadian bacon
6-8 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
3-4 large black olives, cut in half
Salt and pepper to taste

Breakfast Eyeball Bake Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the hash browns and cream of chicken soup together to combine.
  3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable spray and spoon the potato mixture into the baking dish.
  4. Make 6-8 indentations into the hash brown and gently press the Canadian bacon into the indentation to create a “cup” to crack the eggs into eventually.
  5. Place the potato dish into the oven for about 20-30 minutes to cook the potatoes through.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and if needed gently press the Canadian bacon back into the hash browns to create a “cup” for the eggs.
  7. Carefully crack an egg into the prepared “cups” and place the dish back into the oven for about 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  8. Remove from the oven and place half of an olive in the center of each egg yolk to create the iris of the eye.
