4 medium russet potatoes
6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup miracle whip
salt & black pepper to taste


  1. Peel and dice potatoes then add to the pressure cooker (InstaPot) along with the uncooked eggs. Steam in pressure cooker on high for 4 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Once done, remove the potatoes and let cool. Also, remove the eggs and add to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Once the eggs are cool, peel and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, onion, relish, garlic salt, celery salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.
